Shipping and returns

At NÄMA we process orders within 48/72 business hours.
The estimated delivery time is 7 business days for domestic shipments and 14 business days for international shipments.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment will incur an additional charge.

For international shipments, any taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
